Who will be my coach?

I’m Christian, the founder of CEH Fitness.

I’m a GP and a qualified Personal Trainer, with a background in Sport and Exercise Science and experience working in both healthcare and fitness.

I’ve seen first-hand how poor sleep, stress, and inconsistent habits impact people’s health, both in my patients and in my own life.

A few years ago, I was trying to juggle a demanding medical career with training, nutrition, and a social life, and I hit burnout. It forced me to rethink everything. Since then, I’ve developed simple, effective strategies that help you get the biggest return on your time and effort, without extremes or unrealistic expectations.

 

My goal is to help you build a healthier lifestyle that actually works in the real world.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. This challenge is designed for all levels. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to get back on track, everything is simple, flexible, and easy to follow.

How much time will this take each day?

Each day is designed to be quick and manageable. The videos are short, and the daily tasks typically take between 5 and 10 minutes. The goal is to fit into your life, not take it over.

Do I need any equipment or special tools?

No. Everything is designed to be accessible with minimal or no equipment. If you have things like a fitness tracker or journal, great. If not, you can still fully benefit.

 

What if I miss a day?

No problem. Life happens. You can catch up at any time, and even if you don’t complete every single day, you’ll still see benefits from the habits you do implement.

Is this suitable if I have a busy or unpredictable schedule?

Yes. This workshop is built specifically for busy people. The focus is on small, high-impact habits that can be adapted to your routine, no matter how hectic it is.

Will this help with weight loss?

It can. While the focus isn’t on quick weight loss, improving sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress often leads to better energy balance, appetite control, and long-term weight management.

Is there a specific diet or meal plan to follow?

No strict diets. You’ll learn how to make better food choices in a flexible, sustainable way that works for your preferences and lifestyle.
