Muscle and Fat: Two Different Tissues


Before we dive into debunking the myth, it's essential to understand that muscle and fat are entirely different types of tissues, each with its distinct characteristics and functions.

Simultaneously, when you stop working out, your body may start to store excess calories as fat. This can lead to an increase in body fat percentage if you continue to consume more calories than you burn. The appearance of "muscle turning into fat" is simply a result of muscle loss and fat gain occurring concurrently.

To avoid the so-called transformation of muscle into fat, it's crucial to maintain a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Here are some tips:
